Graceann Robertson has been shortlisted in the Emerging Young Talent category at the Subsea UK Awards. The Awards highlight and celebrate the achievements of companies and individuals in the UK’s £7.5 billion subsea sector.

Graceann, who is Marketing Co-ordinator at EC-OG, is a finalist for the Emerging Talent Award alongside Lee Martin (Crondall Energy) and Ryan Fernando (Aker Solutions). The category recognises an individual under the age of 35 who is employed in the subsea sector, showing significant promise within the industry.

The Subsea UK Awards are held annually in February at the Aberdeen Exhibition and Conference Centre during Subsea Expo, the world’s largest subsea-focused exhibition and conference. The ceremony will take place on 6 February 2019.

Neil Gordon, chief executive of Subsea UK said: “With the UK’s reputation as the world-leader in subsea, there is an overwhelming amount of talent and expertise across the sector. This year’s judges had a real challenge on their hands to narrow down the shortlist of finalists as they all demonstrated exceptional talent.

“Every year the Subsea UK Awards looks to honour companies and the fantastic work they deliver as well as highlighting the amazing individuals who play an integral part to the continuing success of the UK subsea industry. Well done to all our finalists and we look forward to highlighting and celebrating their achievements on the night.”
